Your Big Decision

What is the big decision you’re trying to make at this moment in your life?

Your Change Catalyst

Your Change Catalyst is your deeper motivation for wanting to shift course. This is the feeling (or lack of feeling) that has led you to this particular crossroads.

Why is it important to identify your Change Catalyst? Because understanding what brought you to this decision will help you identify what you’re actually looking for on the other side. And if forces beyond your control actually led you to this decision, it’s still worth asking yourself how you want to feel on the other side of this decision and what is fueling you forward.

How are you hoping to feel differently on the other side of this decision?

On the other side of this decision, I want to feel…

Important follow-up question:

Is this big decision the ONLY way to satisfy your Change Catalyst?

In other words, is there another way to bring more of what you want into your life without making this big change? Or do you still feel compelled to move through this crossroads because making a big change still feels like what you need to do?

Defining Your Options

<aside> 📌 IMPORTANT NOTION NOTE:

The “Options” block below is a “synced block” used throughout the rest of this workbook. Any updates you make inside this block will sync everywhere this Options section appears.

For this Defining Your Options step, all you need to do is replace the __________ in each title with the name of your specific decision option.

If you need to compare more than three options, you can duplicate one of the colorful option toggles and all the important exercises inside the toggle will be duplicated with it. Just make sure your other option toggle(s) are inside the Options synced block so your additional option(s) will follow you down the page!

Don’t worry right now about what’s inside each toggle. We’re going to save that for step 4! Right now, just write the name of the option in the ____________ within the toggle title!
